A series of cyber-aesthetic weapons manufactured by space-age humans stranded on the planet of Asuran in the Kashyapa system. These advanced, gravimetric accelerator-based weapons are often used by the relatively tiny human population against the local Neanthrops - trumping their cold war-era tech.

With the world's locals aligned against each other in 3 major factions consisting of numerous, nuclear powered nations, it is not uncommon for the desperate spacers to work with these for their survival. The Neanthrops, in turn, use this support in arms, technology and knowledge to fuel their almost fanatical mission against their two equally hate-filled opponents.

Humans number in the 50 million, Neanthrops number in the 9 billion.
